As standard, we ship insured within Germany and exclusively with our partner DHL. The shipping costs including packaging within Germany are a flat rate of 5.90 euros. However, we are constantly working on offering you additional shipping options. You will soon be able to choose between shipping providers such as Hermes, DPD or GLS.
If you would like to ship to another country, please send us a message at bestellung@anziehend24.de and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and, if necessary, tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs in advance.
The national delivery time is approximately two to four working days. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
You can also conveniently pick up your new outfits from our partner store in Düsseldorf the day after you place your order. Please remember to pick up your order within 48 hours (from the following day), as we have to cancel it after this deadline for logistical reasons.
